Delivery

We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked, so orders should arrive the day after dispatch but can sometimes take an extra day. 

We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages after dispatch. 

I want to order multiple boxes, how do I do this?

If you would like to order multiple gifts that are to be delivered to a single address, simply add them to a single order and these will be sent in a parcel to your chosen address.

If you would like multiple gifts sent to different addresses, these need to be ordered through the site separately by placing a single order for each delivery address.

Who will deliver my gift?

We typically send our gift boxes with Royal Mail as we have found them to be reliable and reasonably priced. On occasion we may use alternative carriers at our discretion to ensure your delicious treats arrive speedily with you.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns. If however you are for any reason unhappy with your product please get in touch with us and we will do our best to fix it for you - this may include asking for photographs.

No we do not, we deliver throughout the UK only.
